Congratulations also to Owen Roe, who is this year’s recipient of the Special Tribute Award. A veteran of the Gate stage, Owen Roe recently played Claudius in Hamlet. Other notable work includes The Great Gatsby, Festen, Catastrophe, Da, The Faith Healer and Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. He won the Irish Times Irish Theatre Award for Best Actor for his performances in Catastrophe and Festen.
The Awards ceremony, in association with TileStyle, will take place on Sunday, March 31st, at the National Concert Hall.
